What if I dont have a domain?
No problem! During the order process you can choose to register a domain for $10.00 per year. Our ordering system makes it easy to find an available domain and register it.
What if I already have a domain?
No problem. Once your account is activated and you have migrated all your files over you will need to update your name server settings at your domain registrar. If you have never done attempted this before we recomend you submit a support ticket and we will help you with the process.
When will my plan be activated?
After we recieve payment and we complete verification your account will be activated. When its ready you will recieve a "Welcome Email" with all the information you need to get started.
Will you move my existing website for me?
If your previous host used Cpanel we can automatically transfer your website content, email, and settings. Once you sign up simply submit a support ticket and we will work with you to move your site.
How do i know if my existing website will work on your service?
If
you are not sure about your existing websites requirements please feel
free to submit a pre-sales ticket and we will work with you to
determine your needs.
What if i dont have a website yet?
No problem. Every account comes with access to a free website builder. If you can use Word odds are you will have no trouble using our site builder, and with over 600 templates to choose from your sure to find something you like.
